Probiotics

5 "specific strains" of probiotics make up SanaDigestTM to boost your diversity. In addition to being selected for their robustness, our strains are protected by the gastro-resistant capsule.

Prebiotics

Prebiotics are in fact the food of intestinal bacteria, or rather their "treats": they don't need them to live, but they do promote the growth of bacteria and enable them to perform their beneficial functions on the health of the host more effectively.

Thus, the intestinal bacteria, well "fed" by the prebiotic fibres, will grow faster and in greater numbers, thus populating the intestine with bacteria beneficial to health.

SanaGITM mixture

SanaDigestTM is the complete food supplement for intestinal health that combines prebiotics, probiotics and a unique "Sana GITM" blend.

It promotes digestion and protects your body from endotoxins. It contains liquorice root, known to facilitate digestion, black pepper, which activates the digestion of toxins, and berberine, which boosts the secretion of the digestive glands.

But also L-Glutamine, which plays a role in maintaining the intestinal barrier, which is necessary for good digestion, inulin, which promotes the growth of beneficial intestinal bacteria and 5 different strains of probiotics which promote a healthy intestinal balance.

Benefits

The benefits of SanaDigestTM are numerous.

For optimal effectiveness, it is advisable to combine these three elements.

The time needed to fully benefit from the reconstructive effect of this natural treatment is estimated at 3 months. Beware, this is not a miracle cure, but a very effective natural solution nonetheless!

  1. Probiotics help to promote your good intestinal bacteria in order to get the upper hand on the bad ones.
  2. Glutamine promotes the reconstruction of the tight junctions of the damaged intestine (reconstruction of the intestinal barrier).
  3. Prebiotics help to diversify the intestinal flora and counteract the inflammation produced by saturated fats and promote digestion.

We recommend that you follow this cure for 3 months, while improving your lifestyle. You will certainly notice a very positive change in your gut, your vitality and your general well-being.

The combination of the three elements helps to rebalance the intestinal microbiota (intestinal flora) naturally and effectively.

Food supplement : Information

What is a food supplement?

A food supplement is not a food. A food supplement is not a medicine.
It is a prepared product, containing one or more substances, intended to be taken as a supplement to food.

Often designed to improve well-being (slimming, coping with winter, strengthening hair, soothing, for digestion, etc.), they should not be confused with medicines, or products reserved for use by sportsmen, or even certain products for losing weight. Similarly, food supplements are not meal replacements or even a substitute for a balanced diet.

Food supplements contain one or more substances combined in a specific form.

What do food supplements contain?

The substances authorised in food supplements are set out in a 2006 decree. They are mainly :

  • of certain nutrients (vitamins and minerals);
  • certain substances with nutritional or physiological purposes, such as amino acids, for example;
  • other substances such as plants or plant extracts.

Some components, such as vitamins or minerals, may be found in the same way in food supplements as in other types of products. This does not mean that these products are identical or even comparable.

Can food supplements interact with medicines?

There are possible drug interactions between substances contained in certain food supplements and medicines (melatonin, omega 3, etc.)

If you are planning to take food supplements, and you are (or have recently been) on medication, you should :

  • consult the leaflets of medicines and the compositions of food supplements;
  • ask your pharmacist or doctor for advice on the composition of the food supplements you wish to take.

In addition, the French National Agency for Food, Environmental and Occupational Health Safety (ANSES) stresses that when consuming food supplements it is important to :

  • avoid prolonged, repeated or multiple intakes during the year without seeking advice from a health professional;
  • to scrupulously respect the conditions of use set by the manufacturer, who is responsible for the safety of the products he markets;
  • report to a health care professional any adverse reaction to a food supplement;
